Our Pop-Up Dinner series is a monthly event centered around Chef Lemar's Pan-Caribbean cuisine. Travel the caribbean through food as you try courses inspired by such places as Cuba, Aruba, Nicaragua, Honduras, Haiti, Martinique, Puerto rico, Dominica, & of course the Virgin Islands! We feature fresh, local, and exotic ingredients, and share stories about how the Caribbean has inspired the food we all eat today.
