An intimate, members-only dining experience curated by Amalieä. This Hibiscus Table was created by Chef Lemar Farrington for guests who value intention, intimacy, and culinary storytelling over volume and spectacle. This is not a restaurant. It is not a ticketed event series. It is a private dining club with limited access, curated seating, and experiences that cannot be replicated publicly. Membership is required to attend.

This is not about eating out.

It’s about being invited in.

What the Hibiscus Table Is:

The Hibiscus Table is a private, invitation-style dining club that hosts monthly, chef-led dinners for a limited number of guests. Each dinner is designed as a complete experience—menu, atmosphere, pacing, and storytelling—rather than a single meal.

To preserve the quality and intimacy of each dinner:

  • Seating is limited to 10 guests per dinner

  • Membership is capped

  • Attendance rotates to ensure fairness and access

As a Hibiscus member, you receive:

  • Access to members-only dinners (not publicly available)

  • Priority booking for monthly dinner dates

  • Rotating access system to ensure all members have opportunities to attend

  • Members-only communications, including menu previews and behind-the-scenes notes

Membership does not guarantee a seat at every dinner—but it guarantees access, priority, and inclusion in the club.

 

How Seating & Access Works

Each monthA dinner is announced to members only.10 seats are available.

Members who did not attend the previous dinner receive first access to book. Remaining seats (if any) open to the rest of the membership. This rotating access system ensures fairness while maintaining the exclusivity and intimacy of the experience

Pricing Structure:

Membership Fee:

$15 per month (or $180 annually)

The membership fee grants access to the club and its benefits.

 

Dinner Pricing:

Each dinner is priced separately. Dinner prices vary based on menu, ingredients, and experience ranging from $80-150- (minimum 5 courses to 10 max courses, some drinks included, access to Amalieä's private cellar). Members purchase dinners individually when they choose to attend. This structure allows flexibility while preserving the integrity of the experience.

 

Why Membership + Per-Dinner Pricing?

Because: Seating is intentionally limited

Not every member will attend every month

Members should never feel obligated—or penalized—for availability

Membership provides access and privilege, while dinners are opt-in experiences.

 

What Membership Is Not

To maintain clarity:

Membership does not include complimentary meals

Membership does not guarantee a seat every month

 

How to Join:

  • Membership is limited.

  • Once membership capacity is reached, new members will be placed on a waitlist.

  • Become a Dinner Club member

  • Receive members-only dinner announcements

  • Reserve a seat when available​​​

Legal & Operational Notice:

The Hibiscus Dinner Club is a private membership-based dining club. Events are not open to the general public and are available only to active members.

The club reserves the right to:

  • Limit seating

  • Rotate access

  • Modify schedules

  • Decline or revoke membership at its discretion

  • Accept or deny certain dietary restrictions

  • Membership does not function as a prepaid dining package

  • This allows the club to remain sustainable, fair, and focused on quality.

All membership fees are non-refundable. Dinner purchases are subject to individual event policies.
